Does anybody know why we were asked to hand the Strasbourg form in in person, or to e-mail it, but not to send it by internal mail? I asked Julia, the new stagiere at the Traineeships Office, but she had no idea.

You man, read carefully the email she sent:
"Registration forms received by E-Mail or internal Mail will not be accepted." c-à-d your options are to FAX it or to hand it.
I guess she had problems before with people who said they sent it and she didn't received it.

I asked around and things don't usually get lost in the internal mail here. So why not simply use the common law receipt rule?
