2. Leave your comment. On the upper right corner of the page is the space for you to enter your comment . It's the space with sun and clouds. you can use some really basic HTML tags - for italic, for bold and to create a link (we've tried to use other HTML tags, but it seems that they are not allowed :((().
3. Identity options
a) Blogger username
If you are registered, enter your username (display name) and password
b) Anonymous
If you are not registered as a member of the blog, or you have forgotten the username or the password (like many of you), use the anonymous option (click on the circle), but please, identify yourself at the end of the comment.
4. Preview
Click this button if you want to see how it looks like. It will make the administrator’s life easier, because you can edit your comment before publishing it, instead of publish and delete it (if you delete your comment, the administrator should remove it forever).
5. Click on “publish your comment”

P.S. ditkaaa, quelle maîtrise de l’outil informatique ;))). toutefois, d’après nos sources, suite à la réforme au conseil, le coreper I serait devenu plus important que le coreper II !!!

D'après MES sources, VF no. 2 veut également un post. Et quand le CorOper I et le CorOper II prennent une décision à l'unanimité, c'est une décision insusceptible de recours (art.315 TCE).
